Petrina has been with Leecare for 7 years. Petrina is the driving force of Leecare in NZ, ensuring outstanding client support. Petrina originally trained as a registered nurse and throughout her career in health and education has worked in and consulted to a number of aged care facilities as well as providing lobbying and advocacy support through previous roles leading the NZ Aged Care and Retirement Villages Associations.
Annick Guirate
Consultant / Trainer – United Kingdom
Annick has worked as a Project Manager and trainer in the digital sector, was a former CQC registered manager, working at a senior management level in residential and community care settings and has provided training to a variety of staff in the health sector.
With a Masters in Occupational Psychology, Annick’s career has included working with managers caring for vulnerable and older adults, carers and nurses, acting as the safeguarding lead for organisations, working closely with local authorities and implementing IT Software solutions in a thoughtful manner.
